Customer should check the goods upon arrival. If any products are damaged or missing, please contact us by phone, fax or email within 24 hours from the date of receiving. Gourmet On-Line will arrange refunding or order replacement if the case requires. |

a. Delivery service is not available or delivery fee will be charged for each invoice if there is no authorized or legitimate unloading area within 50 meters of the delivery address. b. In the event of a lift is out of order, we will inform you about receiving re-arrangement. c. Gourmet reserves the right to charge an additional delivery fee if the recipient is not available to accept delivery at the nominated delivery time. d. Customers is requested to call our hotline at 3678 0700 within the time stated above for any change of order. e. Gourmet reserves the right to refuse the delivery of goods to any customer at our sole discretion absolutely. f. Gourmet may revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If any dispute arises, Gourmet's determination shall be final. The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions. |
