This website ("www.gourmet.com.hk") operated by Gourmet On-line Limited ("Gourmet") is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the site. By using the site or any part of it, you agree that you have read these terms and conditions and that you accept and agree to be bound by them. The revised terms will take effect when they are posted.
Gourmet shall endeavor to make sure that details, prices and stocks availability of products on this website are up-to-date and reserves the right to change the prices without prior notice. All orders are subject to the company's acceptance at its sole discretion and stock availability. If any of the products or services in your order we are unable to fulfill, Gourmet reserves the right to offer alternative substitute products to the customer of similar value and type instead and we will inform you by phone or email before your requested delivery date.

You are required to provide us with your personal information through this website before ordering any our products. After filling out the form, you agree that you must provide current, true, accurate and complete information about yourself. If you provide any information that is outdated, untrue, inaccurate or incomplete, Gourmet has the right to refuse your current or future use of its product ordering services. If you would like to access and/or change your personal information, please kindly contact us for details.
Once you place your order, Gourmet’s staff will confirm your delivery order (products, quantities, delivery address and date) by phone in the same day or the next working day and will send you a confirmation email message if requested. Gourmet will not be responsible for any delayed or undelivered emails due to the submission of incorrect email addresses by customers, or due to issues that are out of Gourmet's control such as problems caused by Internet, email service providers, etc.
Breakage and Exchange
Customer is requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any damages or deficiencies. Please lodge with our Customer Service Department to exchange the goods if you find any damages or deficiencies. If customer has signed after receiving the goods, Gourmet reserves the right to refuse your request raised afterwards.
Customers who would like to return or exchange any damaged products , please call our customer service hotline at (852) 3678 0700 within 7 days from the date of delivery. Otherwise, a HK$150 administration fee will be charged.
Gourmet shall retain title in the products until full payment has been received. All risks in the products shall pass to the customer upon delivery. We aim to deliver the goods and have the goods received. But we will not bear responsibility for goods left unattended at the customer's request.
Gourmet shall not be liable for any delay or failure in its performance caused by or resulting from acts of God, fire, flood, accident, embargoes, revolution, riot, war, government intervention, strikes, labour difficulties, equipment failures, or any other causes beyond the control of company.
All product prices listed are in Hong Kong dollars.
All orders are subject to company's acceptance at its sole discretion and stock availability. Customer will receive the receipt upon delivery.
Gourmet reserves the right to change the payment terms for any order without prior notice.
Pick up in Person
Customers can also pick up in person the products they have ordered. Our store address is:

Delivery service is not available or delivery fee will be charged for each invoice if there is no authorized or legitimate unloading area within 50 meters of the delivery address.
In the event of a lift is out of order, we will inform you about receiving re-arrangement.
Gourmet reserves the right to charge an additional delivery fee if the recipient is not available to accept delivery at the nominated delivery time.
Customers is requested to call our hotline at（852）3678 0700 within the time stated above for any change of order.
Delivery service will be delayed if a typhoon signal No.8 or above is raised or a black rainstorm warning is hoisted. Gourmet will contact customer to re-schedule delivery time.
Gourmet reserves the right to refuse the delivery of goods to any customer at our sole discretion absolutely.
Gourmet may revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If any dispute arises, Gourmet's determination shall be final. The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
