UK's Long Clawson
The “King of English Cheeses”- Blue Stilton Wedges is soft, rich and creamy with distinctive blue vein. It is less aggressive flavour than other blues – a good introductory blue. Each stilton is individually graded and hand selected. Long Clawson was founded in 1911 in Leicestershire, remains a farmers co-operative supporting local farms which is the largest of 5 UK dairies authorised to produce Blue Stilton. The so-call “Blue Stilton Cheese” must be made in Leicestershire, Derbyshire or Nottinghamshire and has PDO status.
This incredible cheese is hand made by using locally produced milk and following the traditional recipes, the blue vein and its own crust were formed naturally after it unpressed in a cylinder shape. The Blue Stilton Cheese was formed and matured progressively with traditional techniques, weekly turning and regularly grading.

3. Ultra Heat Treatment (UHT)
The UHT process destroys all the micro-organisms and so ensures long life even at room temperature.

Hoengseong Hanwoo is raised at the altitude of 600 meters above sea level which the local climate is beneficial for its growth. Furthermore, drastic temperature differences between day and night as well as scenticfic-based feed enables Hoengseong Hanwoo to grow excellent marbling among muscles. With a cool climate during summer in Hoengseong, cattle can tolerate without additional energy demands; while the cold climate in winter helps accumulating proper intramuscular fat and thereby grow into excellent marbling.
Hoengseong Hanwoo is more flavorful than normal Korean beef. Rich marbling can be seen easily from cutting surface of Hoengseong Hanwoo with oleic acid content up to 52.7% which is 5% higher than the standard.
